THIS MONTH

March 2025

In March Anna Ashby will host a month of practice around the theme of Wellspring. 

This month of yoga practice emphasises slowing down and presence as a wellspring for insight and creativity. The month will includes gentle movement and awakening practices, sensing inwards and feeling, Restorative Yoga for re-balancing and meditation to centre and ground.

Wellspring points us back to the body as home and the lived experience of balance that supports inner wisdom.

Seasonal Living: Nutrition, Lifestyle & Yoga with Emma Newlyn

This series focuses on seasonal living and how to stay well and balanced through the year. You’ll learn how Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine view each season, and how tapping into their ancient wisdom can transform our modern lives. Emma will guide you through specific foods in season, the best self-care practices, and how to live with a deeper connection to your natural rhythms through nutrition, lifestyle and yoga. Each session will include pranayama (breathing techniques) self-massage using acupressure points, and relaxation.

Spring Awakening Day Retreat with Rebecca Moore

We are delighted to be hosting our first ever day retreat in partnership with yoga teacher author and breathwork facilitator, Rebecca Moore. Rest as Resilience with Rachel Skipper

This month of restorative yoga practice will explore how the stress response relates to the immune system. We perhaps all experience times of sustained stress, and while short periods of stress can initially boost immune function, long-term it has a detrimental impact. Putting practices in place to return to balance and regulate our nervous system ultimately encourage inner resilience through bolstered immunity, as well as helping us weather the periods of stress in our lives by helping us to return to our centre. As the year winds down, join Rachel every week for an opportunity to rest and build resilience ahead of the winter months.
